How Axiom Charts LLC collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects personal information across its website, products, account experiences, and support flows.
Last updated: 2026-04-03
Who We Are and Scope
Axiom Charts LLC ("Axiom Charts," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Axiom Charts website, dashboard, product delivery workflows, and related support experiences.
This Privacy Policy applies to the personal information we collect through our public website, account and dashboard features, checkout-related experiences, customer support interactions, and related communications.
Where another provider independently controls information for its own legal or operational purposes, that provider's policy also applies. For example, Paddle acts as merchant of record for checkout and payment processing.
Categories of Information We Collect
We may collect identifiers and contact details such as name, email address, account identifiers, and message content.
We may collect account and profile data such as authentication metadata, login events, and optional profile details including TradingView usernames or related fulfillment information.
We may collect commerce and entitlement data such as purchased products or packages, subscription state, transaction metadata, affiliate or referral metadata tied to checkout, refund-related metadata, discount usage, and access history needed to operate paid services.
We may collect support, feedback, and operational data such as support conversations, attachments, help-center usage, error records, and feature or changelog interactions.
We may collect device, browser, log, and security data such as IP address, user agent, session metadata, and abuse-prevention or debugging information.
Sources of Information
We collect information directly from you when you create an account, make a purchase, contact support, submit a form, or otherwise interact with the service.
We also receive information from integrated providers that help operate the service, including authentication, hosting, support, affiliate attribution, analytics, and payment processors.
Some information is collected automatically through browser, device, logging, and storage technologies when you use the website or account experiences.
How We Use Information
We use personal information to operate the website and services, create and manage accounts, deliver products and packages, and maintain entitlement or fulfillment workflows.
We use personal information to process purchases, reconcile billing events, respond to support requests, communicate transactional or operational updates, and investigate service issues.
We use personal information to secure the platform, prevent abuse, monitor reliability, improve the user experience, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations.
When someone arrives through an affiliate link, the Affonso script may detect referral parameters and preserve referral continuity in the URL before marketing consent is granted without enabling marketing cookies or lead tracking.
Where required by law, optional analytics, support-tooling, and affiliate-attribution processing is activated only after the relevant consent choice has been made.
When marketing consent exists, we may share an internal account identifier with Affonso so referred signups and purchases can be attributed correctly.
Legal Bases for Processing
We process personal information where necessary to perform a contract with you, including account creation, purchase fulfillment, support delivery, and subscription administration.
We process personal information where necessary for legitimate interests such as platform security, fraud prevention, service improvement, internal operations, and business continuity, subject to applicable law.
We may also process information to comply with legal obligations or, where required, based on your consent.
How We Share Information
We share information with service providers and infrastructure partners that help us operate the business and service.
- Authentication, infrastructure, database, storage, and related technical operations providers.
- Paddle for merchant-of-record payment processing, billing, tax handling, related transaction administration, and checkout metadata associated with referred purchases.
- Affonso for optional affiliate attribution, referral continuity, and user-id-based signup tracking when marketing consent is enabled.
- Featurebase for optional support, help-center, feedback, changelog, and messenger workflows when a user enables support tools or requests chat support.
- Vercel Analytics for optional traffic and product analytics after analytics consent is granted.
- Professional advisers, auditors, legal counsel, or authorities where disclosure is reasonably necessary or legally required.
No Sale or Sharing for Cross-Context Advertising
We do not sell personal information and do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those concepts are commonly used in privacy law.
If we materially change that posture in the future, this Privacy Policy and any required user controls will be updated before the new activity is enabled.
International Transfers
We and our providers may process information in jurisdictions outside your place of residence.
Where required, we rely on contractual, organizational, or technical safeguards intended to support lawful international transfers.
Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including operational, legal, accounting, tax, security, and dispute-resolution needs.
Retention periods may vary depending on account status, transaction history, support history, security investigations, and legal obligations.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, or disclosure.
No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, and we do not promise that any transmission or storage method is immune from failure or attack.
Your Rights and Requests
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent.
We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests and may decline requests where an exemption or legal basis to retain information applies.
To make a privacy-related request, contact hello@axiomcharts.com or contact us.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and address the matter appropriately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product, operational, legal, or regulatory changes.
The Last updated date reflects the latest revision.
